ReplyDeleteHi Jessica! I visited the other day, but got distracted and didn't get a comment down. I found your blog via TPTs, and I must say...totally cute! I am doing a safari theme in my room, and I love the monkeys! Thanks for sharing your idea on the forum. I'll need to peruse through some of your old posts too. Love the pin it to win it idea.

Hi, Jessica! Thanks for hosting this giveaway - the number sense pack looks amazing! Keeping my fingers crossed. I love your blog. Super cute! You said you were looking for a theme for your classroom. I think a jungle/monkey theme would look cute. A K5 teacher did it last year at our school and it was really cute. You can look at TPT and other sites -- there's a lot of monkey stuff. They even used Monkey binders for organization. You can use zebra/cheetah print etc. to add to it- there's even duct tape in those styles. I decided to just do a polka dot theme because I didn't want to get "stuck" with one, but I don't know that my theme was very obvious. :) So, I think the monkey/jungle theme would get noticed more.

Melissa, I did see some cute and colorful zebra/cheetah print borders, letters, and things out there! I may have to look into those. You are right, they would look great with the monkeys and help to brighten up my room!
DeleteThanks!
